Macromolecules such as proteins, polysaccharides, lipids, etc., interact to allow communication between organisms. These interactions can be described through structural biophysics. We model the interacting protein structures from the target pathogen and our viruses to unveil their secrets. After studying their ensembles through Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations, we perform energy calculations to enhance their biological activity.
